Riveted the tip ribs, nutplates to the reinforcement plates as well as the right Elevator Horn.
Called Vans today and they agreed to replace my left elevator horn as it looks like that there is a manufacturing defect.
As one can see in the picture, one of the holes only has a razor edge on one side
